Phantom Exotics LLC operates on a reservation-based service model. Due to the nature of exotic vehicle rentals and concierge services, all bookings, deposits, and service fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Reservations may be rescheduled at Phantom Exotics’ discretion, subject to availability and additional fees. Failure to appear for a scheduled reservation (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Refunds will not be issued for early returns, unused time, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction unrelated to vehicle safety or mechanical failure.
In the event of a verified mechanical issue that prevents the rental from proceeding, Phantom Exotics may, at its discretion, offer a reschedule, credit, or partial refund.
All refund decisions are final.
